Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff was very welcoming and kind--they let us check in early, stored our luggage, and even upgraded our room for us! The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a water fountain in the main lobby to refill our water bottles, and the AC in the rooms worked very well (I was honestly a bit cold in the room!). The hotel is right next to the beach, though the part of the beach its on is not as nice as other parts of the beach so I would recommend walking about 10-15 minutes down the sand until you find a part you like. Additionally, it was next to a few casual restaurants which looked good, though I didn't try them. Overall, I would definitely stay here again for a weekend trip in Tela!
